🎉 Releases
- New skillsets: cord is now an all-in-one hiring tool for tech companies. You can now hire your whole team in cord: Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Talent, Finance and Operations. Read more here.
- Diversity Analytics: built diversity analytics dashboard for customers on custom or enterprise plans
- Discourage applications that aren’t right: candidates are strongly discouraged from applying to a position if there isn’t a good match on their primary skills and seniority. Where there is a complete mismatch in visa requirements, the candidate is completely prevented from applying.
- LinkedIn profile building automation: built a Chrome extension to grab information from LinkedIn and add to cord, to save time spent building candidate profiles.
- Pending requests: we now show candidates how many applications are outstanding on every position.
- Top and great fit: where there is a close match between the candidate profile and position they’re messaging about, company users will see “top fit” or “great fit” in their inbox.
📈 Improvements
- Updated email copy about cord merch (which we’re putting on pause for now)
- Updated all current pricing plans so that companies reactivating go onto our new and improved V4 pricing
- Improved cord.co/stories by adding a new tab, so users can find notable companies quickly
- Added a slider with company testimonial quotes on cord.co/companies
- Reduced the message request time limit from 30 days to 14 days
- Repositioned cord from sourcing tool to a hiring tool
- Added popular company logos at the bottom section of cord.co/companies
- Added caching to IP geolocation to reduce overages on ipinfo.io
- Associate self-serve demo users to a position so they can experience what it is like to message on cord
- Improved the visibility of the Book a demo CTA on the self-serve demo
- Company account analytics page has been refreshed and updated
- Company response rate colour is amber, not red, when response rate is 90-100%
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed billing page not showing for one company account
- Fixed error on Slack integration when hiding a candidate
- Fixed issue with customers unable to checkout when there is no tax rate
- Fixed bug which caused company users to receive an email telling them their positions have been hidden as they haven’t responded to messages in the past 7 days, despite company users having responded to messages
- Fixed incorrect company account response rate bug
- Fixed bug which was causing a company user’s response rate to be lower than expected (caused by the autodecline feature)
- Reset a company account’s saved and hidden candidates (at their request)
